Spicy Paleo BLTs with Avocado

If you’re looking for a super-quick, ultra-tasty, Paleo meal, this is it. In less than five minutes, Nick teaches you how to sear Ahi Tuna and throw together a toothsome twist on the classic BLT.

If you are interested in the microwave bacon tray that I use, it is by Makin’ Bacon and can be purchased by clicking here.

I am promoting this product only because I like it. I am not into kitchen gimmicks and gadgets, but this thing really makes life easier. You do not have to monitor the bacon as it cooks, all of the rendered fat is captured in the dish at the bottom, and you can turn out one piece of bacon per minute on average.

If you don’t believe in cooking food in the microwave, then don’t purchase or use this item. Cook your bacon in a pan on the stovetop or in the oven on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper like in the picture seen below.
