Holly, Holly, Hollandaise


Now that you know how to make clarified butter, your pump is primed for hollandaise! One of the mother sauces, hollandaise deserves a spot on your bucket list. Any cook or culinary school graduate worth their weight should be able to pump out a tasty, velvety hollandaise in no time.
