I love this preparation because it is so simple and so tasty.
My man, Marston, and I started this video at the end of the first day of the shoot and opened with it on the second day. The thing I remember most about the second day was that we did 3 rounds of run around the block (640m) and 25 burpees just before starting. To me, workouts are memories and I always like reminiscing on them. If I remember correctly, I led the whole way until Marston kicked it down on the end of the last run and beat me by 2 burpees. Smart guy!
