The goal of PaleoNick.com is to guide you to become healthier, fitter and happier. Learning how to cook is vital to everyone's health. Knowing what to eat, how to prepare it, and becoming more efficient in and out of the kitchen will be our journey together.
I call my followers Culinary Ninjas and hope that you'll join the ranks of us passionate about cooking, fitness, and real food. Most of what I make is in line with the Paleo Diet, but I'm not a Nutrition Nazi.
If you're looking for a "Paleo" way to satisfy your sweet tooth, this is probably not the site for you. While I have a few "Paleo Treat" type recipes, most of my stuff is based on a balanced macronutrient approach, sound culinary principles, and helping you, "Keep It Paleo!"
I am passionate about the obesity epidemic, locally sourced food, and moving large loads, long distances quickly! If you can imagine Jamie Oliver getting hooked on CrossFit, the result might be similar to what you'll find on this site.
While there is a lot of free content on this site, the premium content is available to subscribers only. Each post will give you an idea of what I am preparing and even a teaser video.
