Culinarily, a gallimaufry is a hodge-podge of ingredients. This dish displays my style of quick meals and shows how, when you have ingredients on hand, a tasty, wholesome, gallimaufry is only a few minutes away.
Things on my end have been a bit hectic. I cooked 50 meals per day for 5 days last week to test my skills at Prepared Paleo meals. Although sleep was scarce, the results were positive and I’ll now make plans to execute the program on a larger scale. What does this mean to you? I scored 163 on CrossFit Games workout 13.1 and 307 on workout 13.2. I am competing as a member of CrossFit Southbay’s team and we are currently in 28th place. The top 30 teams go to regionals, so be sure to watch our progress and cheer us on!
